wondering? how can the agency be illegal nga naka attend man ka ug pdos. before the agency can endorse an applicant to attend the pdos dapat valid ila license as recruitment agency.?

what i mean if she/he didnt attend the PDOS yet..yes your right, coz if your agency hired, the agency will be the one to schedule you for PDOS together w/ ur co-applicant..

1. the requesting party of ur visa is ur employer not the agency. so if the employer find irregularities with the agency they can cancelled the approved visa. because it is their company ang naka taya sa embassy. ilang name ang gamit sa pag request, the payment for the visa.

2. u can check the agency's status sa poea.gov.ph.

Ang sa naa jud pagkakaron is ang passport already with working visa, (NOT YET) Notice of approval,

PDOS at POEA, paid already the ticket, segurista ang agency...Thnx mga broes, just want to check

lang gud if ang agency nya ang mag inactive na pud, at least we have some grounds/reasons...Mga

broes, for canada pila kha ang waiting period anah for deployment, ky dghan man gud ingon nga it

will run from 2-6 months waiting period...Or this na lang when is the exact time nga ma alarm na mi if

nothing yet happens, mga pila ka months...

like before, i've a cousin, wa gyod siya kaila...then duol siya og usa ka agency..gpa money work niya..karon tua na sa america...ambot ba kaha kon same ang situation sa canada...
