Kindly PM the full detailed resume so that they can evaluate on it.
For the house, they can help you with it, since there are lots of Filipino communities there.

    Thanks

Yes, you will still have to be assessed. The initial assessment will determine whether we think your qualifications will likely lead to permanent residency. The $20 fee will be subtracted from the full package residency consultancy fee if you will proceed with you application with us. Send me your bio data and your partner's ( if you have a spouse!if you would like to start your application.

    Advantages in Hiring a Consultant

    1. Applications with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) are properly accomplished and all requirements met

    2. Guide prospective migrants in providing information to INZ

    3. Enhance success of applications by correctly responding to INZ queries regarding special circumstances of the applicants

New Zealand Immigration Policy is a complex mesh of information that requires professional experts. It is contained in the Immigration New Zealand Manual with more than 800 pages. It can be interpreted in various ways by Immigration Officers and validated by circulars announced by INZ. The Residence Review Board, the Removal Review Board and Judicial Review decisions of the High Court periodically influence how policies are interpreted.

A comprehensive understanding of the immigration processes is therefore a must for an application to succeed. A consultant can guide the applicant to prepare and identify the correct documents and pertinent information. The risk of delay or even failure far outweighs the cost of hiring a consultant.

In some NZIS branches, majority of the applications lodged by individuals were declined due to deficiencies in gathering the appropriate requirements. Issues like recognized qualifications, relevant experience, language requirements, NZQA assessments, timing in securing the requirements such as the medicals and police clearances, etc can be confusing and are in fact misinterpreted by many.

Unfortunately, it is not the obligation of INZ to interpret the policies to applicants because they are not an advisory body and make a decision on cases based on the information provided by the applicant.

Hiring a qualified and trustworthy consultant is to mitigate risk of very costly delays or even unsuccessful application.
