    to motivate ur self? maybe mu try ka makipagpusta sa imu family or sa imu friends.... like u need to lose how many pounds in a month... para naa ka goal ma set.... i did that one time... i lose... but atleast niniwang ko gamay maybe u could try watching kana mga bench models... murag i think ma motivated ka tungod sa ka nindot sa ila lawas hehe

    Sakto jud ni bai hahaha Every time I gain weight (usually 5-10lbs) and I get to look in the mirror (or sometimes, friends tell me), I go to the gym asap

    Atm, after 1 month hiatus sa gym because of surgery, I'm eager to go back and burn these fats I gained lol

    Nothing motivates me more than wanting to achieve my goals and seeing the results of my hard work and dedication - it applies to other aspects in life, not just working out

    i dont have anything definite to cite but im pretty sure music has been proven to cause you to work out harder and longer. personally i listen to olivia newton john's lets get physical (hahah) and eye of the tiger i also picture the old school video of that song in my mind, her wearing tights and the headband.
