Hi guys. Yup. I know Sam and all of us can attest what happened that night. Regarding the night out. It's all over our facebook but since our accounts are private, here is a screenshot.

Although no pics of that night because obviously, the cam was thrashed. Here's a group picture with SAM (3rd from right) and BEA, Miguel's girlfriend (Most right).

The text message shows the sender as (no name). If that is Sam's phone, why would she not know of the number of her friend's bf when in fact the bf knows her.

Regarding the text message showing the sender as (no name). If you were going to text someone a death threat, are you really going to use your REAL NUMBER? I think not.

i personally think this is not the place nor is it appropriate to discuss whether the accused should be accused. it's just not fair.

needs more evidence or proof if that is osmeña's son. it's far beyond our reach, so lets just gather information, and if it is still not reported in media or newspaper, then much more possible it is just a big joke

He may have not used his real number, you still can't prove it was him who sent it. And even what happened to the camera.

If it was him, he just took it too far. He has his responsibilities, he blamed others for not doing what he supposedly should have done.

Yeah. That's true though. We can't really prove it but I'm just sharing this to you guys and wanted to get your reaction. I expect this to be on the newspapers anyway.

Also, EVEN IF we did prove it. I don't think Miguel Osmena would be punished anyway. That's what you get for being the Mayor's son I guess.

- nobody in their right mind will use their own personal , known number to make threats .
- there are no witnesses who can attest that MIGUEL OSMENA made the vandalism of the camera .
- how did you know and what made you say that its him who vandalized the camera and made threatening remarks ?

To cut it short , there is NOproof that your ALLEGATIONS and ACCUSATIONS are substantial . This will just fall into CHARACTER ASSASSINATION . I will wait for your next reply to counter your claims with a substantial proof . Other than that while waiting for your reply , thread will be DELETED .
