on the issue:
its probably useless to enact new laws in favor of the catholic doctrine IF there will be no strict punishments to the offenders.Â* mas better if apilan pud ug harsher punishments ang offenders, including ang babaye (kung iya gi buhat kay sa iyang own will, kugn gi pugos lang, then dili siya apilon). preferably latuson (the kind of whip used against Jesus when he was about to be crucified) na silang tanan 10000 times or forced labor. but... Comission on Human Rights will cry wolf!
kung naay magpa gamit, naa man gyuy mo gamit. (this is true even in muslim nations, who's supposed to have the strictest code of conduct in dealing with morality)
lisud mo say ug "NO" kung ang gi storya-an kay kwarta na. (kung hangol ug kwarta, then mo kapit gyud na sa patalim)
i am against warrantless invasion of privacy just for the sake of curbing cybersex.
this could be abused.
cybersex craze is not an issue but it is about getting into the talking points of the issue.
point 1. cybersex is illegal if it is an operated medium jst like a bar where girls dance naked and then getting paid by the boss for the dance or *** with the customer.
point 2. nobody cant persecute me if i go naked in front of my pc with another person on the end of the line watching me coz im in my private moment and not being paid to do jst that and im into it coz i like it.
point 3. of course it is immoral to be naked and doing *** on the pc jst like phone ***, obscene *** with a prostitute and others but to most *** things, it is the least obscene... and it is jst pure fun on the net. prosecute first prostitution and prove that ur into it like driving the cats out of the rats way...
point4. i have seen an investigative show on tv where a cyber operator is tipped by one of his "showgirls" on the net. of course he was apprehended but he was set free for bail and now the NBI is not catching up on him even with the video surveillance and the testimony of the showgirl.
Even the host of the show told that "mga kababayan, eto pala ang nangyayari sa ating pinagkakatiwalaang ahensya ng ating pamahalaan (NBI) at walang magawa sa naturang imbestigasyon...kayo na lamang po ang humusga..."
