It depends on the position you're applying for.

Having those Certifications will create positive add up to your resume but the most important thing in applying for a job is how you handle the job interview.

Certifications without real world experience is useless.
It's known in the industry as Paper MCSEs, CCNAs, etc.
I don't know how Philippine employers view that
but it's frowned upon in the United States.
