murag plantar fascitis something tingali ni, kasulay nako ani, bone spur daw, nawala ra siya kadugayan, it occured after playing on the hardcourts for the whole week hehehe
kulang guro sa excercise bro...jogging2x or long walk ba ron..
may I know unsa type imo lap-lapa is it flat or arc shape..kai mo matter na ang sole sa imo shoes..
try googling "plantar fasciitis" aka "morning heel pain" if the symptoms there are what you are experiencing. In my case wala gyud nawala and im still experiencing it. Many causes daw ingon si doctora and she prescribed an anti-inflammatory drug pero wala pa ko ni tumar. She also gave an order for x-ray to rule out if bone spur is the culprit. She also recommended shoe inserts to raise the heel so that the front part of your feet gets most of the pressure in walking. She also advised me to stop using the threadmill and calf raises while the condition persists. Daghan gi bawal hehe. Including walking barefeet and thin soled leather shoes.
