I think we could not distinguish. After all, everyone is affect with the global crisis whether one is espousing one ideology or another. This is besides the fact that it is really difficult to know whether a country is really espousing communism or not. As far as I know, countries who say they are communists are only so in name. But they are not communists at all.

Countries worldwide are affected by economic crisis. We could not stop that because such is the effect of the present circumstances to which all of us must cope with. We are fortunate enough because we are able to survive the adverse effects of the economic crisis.
