There are so many kinds of Baptists and Born Again Christians. And yet they belong tho their mother umbrella which is the PROTESTANT CHURCH founded by Martin Luther!

Example of Baptist sects:

1. Negro Baptist
2. Southern Baptist
3. Northern Baptist
4. Anabaptist
5. Cantabaptist
6. White Baptist
7. Philippine Baptist

strictly speaking ang protestante kay mao na ang mga ni protest sa practices ug unsa pa catholic church (katong gi post ni martin luther na points especially regarding buying indulgences sa door sa 1 ka church). they still believe in the TRINITY, though, unlike the non-trinitarian sects (such as Mormons, INC, Jehovah's Witness, and other sects that are probably rare in the Philippines such as Swedenborgianism and Christadelphians. The Islamic faith is also non-trinitarian.)

so if CHRISTIAN KA and dli ka ROMAN CATHOLIC (west) or EASTERN ORTHODOX (which also has different sects), and you believe in the TRINITY (3 persons in 1 God), PROTESTANT KA . regardless of your sect. it's just that some sects would like to be called their name (as in sa ilang sect) kaysa as protestante. mao na ang gi sulti sa akong amahan nga ex-seminarian ug mga uncle nga pari.

These are not Protestant religions. These are cults.
