kung wala land title meaning dili kamo ang tag iya
dili pud na sakto nga "salig dugay na nag puyo sa yuta.. ma inyo na ang yuta"

pero kung naa mo legal land title. fight for it.
dili lang pud ta mag revolution2x kai kita raman pud ma alaot ana.
mas maayo tong gi suggest nga himo group para mo voice out

Come to think of it, squatters are more populated than the working professionals that who pay taxes. It means that any well funded politicos can manipulate their votes by buying this squatters( i believe they also registered in comelec) votes. Why give parcel of lot to working professionals since they are mostly can't be swayed by false pasalig and pity dirty money? It is easy just to tell a lie those squatters and give them some foods for a while in exchange to their votes.

kung naa moy panahon, palihug sad basaha ang link sa excerpt sa gisulat ni Hernando de Soto: Finance & Development, March 2001 - The Mystery of Capital

"Much of the marginalization of the poor in developing and former communist nations comes from their inability to benefit from the six effects that FORMAL PROPERTY provides. [ 1)Fixing the economic potential of assets; 2) Integrating dispersed information into one system; 3) Making people accountable; 4) Making assets fungible; 5) Networking people; and, 6) Protecting transactions.] The challenge these countries face is not whether they should produce or receive more money but whether they can UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL INSTITUTIONS and SUMMON THE POLITICAL WILL necessary to build a property system that is easily accessible to the poor."

ani nalng, pls organize a fire brigade in ur place, incase naay sunog, d mobility and control of the people wil be easy, contact your local brgay councilor to help you organize, so dat ul know knsay mga boys available if accidents happen, for those nay kwarta, just provide the boys with snacks para naa slay energy to perform fire drills, nway its for the good of everyone, mag dagan2x lng sla, mobility n command exercise. at least twice a week mag fire drills. just protecting from fire.
