mao ni ang laptop ni hayden kho ? hehe basin kinawat na bai
Kong wala mo'y idea unsay itubag sa akong pangutana, ayaw lang mo sambat ug OT. If nag tuo mo nga kinawat, file a case against her. FYI, abogada ang owner ani nga laptop.
as far as i know the encryption/security software they use isnt built in the BIOS so a simple cmos reset wont clear it. its installed on the HDD itself in such a way that even if you take it off and slave it on another pc you still wont be able to access its contents. AFAIK.
you're trying to bypass an security feature man gud so better talk to a dell customer service or bring the laptop to an authorized dell service center together with the receipt (proof of ownership, etc.).
call micro D in cebu. im not sure about the number though. or you can ask the store for dell in SM. basin naa sila tech support number for this kind of situation.
Madala na cyag reformat?
