actually it's a reseller of ASUS kanang naa sa Sm... dili na sila mo repair.... if you want your unit be repaired check on ASUS SITE for ASP's... you cannot just let anyone open the unit coz probably it will void the warranty...

I don't think the Asus store at Cyberzone is a service center. It's just a showroom. Correct me if I am wrong, Ng Khai volunteered to Asus to have a showroom for Asus which is the store you can see in Cyberzone. Therefore, Asus has no certified engineers there to fix your laptop. It's just the store Ng Khai under the name of Asus

OP, your best bet is to return it on where you bought it if its still under warranty.

IIRC ASUS in SM is named "ASUS @ AMPI", meaning Asus at Accent-Micro Products, Inc. AMPI also owns the DELL shop in cyberzone.

as far as i can remember when i bought my lappy last year, i asked if naa ba jud service center dri cebu just in case na mgka prob ako unit. and they told me na mao dw to cyberzone ang service center...

kron ky gibalik nko ako unit sa accent micro to let them open and clean it (naa mn gud ant colony ), ingon sila sa mandaue dw ipareciv ky dili cla mo open...

prob is, wala me time madto mandaue ky bz sa work.. and if ipa reciv nko, basin after 1month or 2months pa ang process.. mao mn na ako experiences sa mga units na under warranty, dugay jud kaau.. im using my lappy everyday mn gud..

So, ask na lng ko suggestions ninyo mga brad unsaon pgpagawas sa colony...
ive read other forum and followed some of them but still not that effective...

i think naay service center ang asus diha sa hernan cortes, mandaue. naay arcade diha were naa pud ang old gaisano interpace nga store. naka try na akong cousin og pa service diha pero out of warranty na iya laptop then ang guba kay motherboard pa gyud then it would cost her 18k to buy the mobo so ang result, wala gihapon ma au iya laptop.

banbros is a distributor of asus, they only handle sales and not repair/warranty except if you bought the item from them.
