Some persons tend to live BEYOND their DAILY EARNINGS.. that's y magkabuang na ug pangutang, nya dili na makabayad... That's the case of CREDIT CARDS used by immature persons... Dapat man jud ana, Credit Cards should only be approved to business owners, or those persons who really earn a lot of money..

To be financially happy in life, if you earn as an ENGINEER, live a lifestyle of an OPERATOR or PRODUCTION WORKER... If you earn 20,000 or more per month, live like as if you only earn 8,000 per month..

then, you'll be satisfied and grateful with your life and profession...Â*

    2. The urge to have same or better things/clothes/gadgets than/as others. Lesson.. there is always a time for everything. dont buy/enjoy what you havent earned yet).

LEARN to say NO to yourself whenever you feel the urge to spend. Learn to think 100 x100 times why you want to spend for that specific thing, if the reasons for having it because its needed is greater than those because you just want it, then go for it. if you learn to think this way, you will stop being an impulsive buyer and you will learn to spend wisely.

i've been there, i just learned it the hard way.

It is OK to have debts, even the most powerful country in the world (USA) has the largest debts and check this link out:

    "http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1:131432720/Which+country+has+the+largest+debt%3F(Quizzical)(B rief+Article).html?refid=SEO"

There is a saying among my business collegues and chinese businessmen states that, "The Worth of a Person is the amount of money he borrowed or his debts." Now, this statement is true, nobody will lend you if they do not believe that you cannot pay up. If you had borrowed around P3 Million from somebody, you are worth "P3 Million"-person that can pay up. If you only had borrowed just around a couple of thousand pesos, that equates your worth.

Like I said, it is OK to borrow money as long as you pay up. Be a responsible person and commit to pay up your debts.

There are good debts and bad debts. Good debts are the ones that you borrowed money but you earn much from what you borrowed. You had put the borrowed money in good use. Bad debts are liabilities, you bought things that isn't put you in good use. Educate yourself which are Assets and Liabilities. Buy things which are assets like for example, jewelries or house and lot. Assets means that their value doesn't go down. Liabilities are those temporary things or depreciates a lot like electronic stuffs or cars that consumes much fuel. Use your common sense which things that are useful to you and not a burden.

A good example of a good payor is Hyundai Company of Korea. They have no money at all to start their ship-building factory, but they have convinced a bank from England to borrow money. Now, they are the largest ship-building company in the world.

I encourage everybody to follow their dreams. Following their dreams is costly and that is why most of the people are afraid to follow their dreams. They would end up saying "kung naa lang gyud koy kwarta... di gyud ko ing-ani na ron"... some people are making some poor excuses.

    Asset vs Liabilities:

Assets - something that puts money "into your pocket" while Liabilities - something that takes money "out of your pocket".

Is the home in which you live an asset or a liability?

Your house is considered as a liability. Even if you own the property with no mortgage, you still pay property taxes, utilities, maintenance, etc. Therefore: money is being taken out of your pocket. It is not until you sell that property – at a profit and realize capital gains – that it becomes an asset.
