    dell support is best if you know how it works hehe. XPS Gen 2 Rocks! max 4 yrs service warranty on most portables.

    wala koy xps sio uy.. kalami ra gud ug naa ko ana.. awa lang specs anang xps gen 2. customizable pa gyud heheh

    kana imong ingon nga mahalon nga Latitude series kay pang business environment mana.. naka mahal kay mga security features (but less choi choi) ang pang consumer kay ang Inspiron series more choi choi less security. ang XPS series mao na ilang Gaming portables. nahan ayu ko sa design sa XPS gen 2

    DELL: u have to wait at least a month (usually 2 months) to get replacement parts co'z the vendor have to order the parts in malaysia. i've no problem with DELL units. they have good products. i just don't like to wait for 2 months for replacement parts.

    IBM: my only concern is the warranty. before u can avail it. u have to answer really LOTS of questions. u have to prove to them you didn't do anything "wrong"

    COMPAQ/HP: no problem with support. wa jud labad. way kuti. and hence... it's my choice.

    for notebook design and features.. i'll go for NEC, Sony Vaio and HP. though mag depend na sa model.

    Correction: In Dell replacement will arrived as fast as 1day...Since Philippines now is has a Dell Authorized Service Center. Our lead time for replacements are 1week. If you have any problem with your dell replacements contact us.

    I'd say for support, go for DELL....but for quality SORRY, it's not at par with IBM.
