Go to Profile > Edit Options



Visitor Messages posted by users not included in the Contacts lists will have to be Approved by the owner of the profile before it can be displayed in public.
Most likely, the owner of the profile where you have posted your Visitor Message had this option enabled. You may ask him/her to add you in the Contacts list so that any further messages posted for that particular profile won't have to be moderated.

What is the difference between a friend and a contact?
A friendship is a mutual, two-way relationship between two users. It is initiated by one user and accepted by the other.
A contact is a one-way friendship. This could be where the other person does not accept the friendship, a friendship request is pending, or you do not wish to be friends at this time but want to show them as a contact only.

By default, adding members as your Contact is enabled for all membergroups.
However, adding friends is a local permission, which means that every membergroup in istorya.net (Newbie, Junior, Senior, Elite, etc) can either add a friend or not.

It is the sole discretion of the admins here if they have enabled the "Can Use Friends List" option for the specific membergroup where you belong (in your case, the Junior membergroup).

There is a possibility that Senior members and above can add friends, while Junior members and ranks below that cannot.

Check your profile if this option has been enabled for your group.
If you can see the Add Friend button then your group has been set/allowed to add Friends aside from Contacts.
