There are a lot of cosmetic dentists here in Cebu. as ive said, go to your "trusted" dentist, and I cant give you any names of who's Better and who's not since Im still about to experience dental cosmetology this June when I go to my classmates dad (who's a dentist ). There are good cosmetic dental clinic found in NorthWing SM, and also in the main SM, DENTSPEC is the name i think. But it would be kind of expensive there. Theres also one in Mango Square, and RaintreeMAll.
The important thing to note are
1. Look at the Clinic's sign if they post "cosmetic services"
2. Look for the credentials
3. Look for certifications - Cosmetology, Orthodontics, Surgery, etc.
4. Always talk to the dentist regarding ALL the possible options and the COST. If you are in the part where you ask the "COST" , LOOK THEM IN THE EYES so that they'll become hesitant with giving you skyrocketing prices. (TRUST me on this )
5. Ask them to show you Before and After Photos of their Patients undergoing Cosmetic Procedures. A Good and confident dentist will show you, or if not, will explain you the "why nots" in a calm easy voice. (Be aware of gestures and Nonverbal cues as some dentists perform cosmetics without due training)
6. Look at the treatment area, it should be clean and organized -- reflects a dentist's personality and work.
**I just want to ask for your

Do you have jaw problems- pain, clicking in the jaw joints (Temporomandibular Joint), headaches, jaw-lock, etc.?
just few questions that i think might be helpful to know if braces are wholly indicated for you
VLAKEwarren >>> i have my dentist...she's been helping me fixing my teeth like she already extracted 2 teeth, cleaned my teeth and we also had tooth filling already. I started visiting her last year (2nd half)...her clinic is located near fuente (circle)..so far, I can see that she is doing good as a dentist but it is still a probability that she may into the money. BTW, i am just using a health card when it comes to check ups. I see to it that I can talk about this matter every visit I had with her but never had the chance to look for the pictures of her patients. Maybe she have 'em , it just that I didnt' ask. Also, it was not that really convincing when she discussed this matter with me.(who knows)...
AGE : 19 (march)

I suggest you have braces. you are young, and spaces in both upper and lower jaw might be solved by having orthodontic treatment(braces). 40-50K will do. I have a good orthodontist at Cocomall, his name is Dr. Omega. But he's pricy, and also a good talker (so you easily fall from his "baits"). If your teeth are not much maloccluded (misaligned, overlapping teeth), having braces would be easier and less painful. Just make sure you go to a CERTIFIED orthodontist. A cheaper price doesnt mean that the service is haphazard, talk to your dentist and have him discuss his treatment plan on you, and if your guts says he's right for you, then go for it.
