FIRST OF ALL... and this is the very basic of they're constitution... its FREEDOM and INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY... that's BOTTOM LINE! that's above all else... if u let that sink into your head... it means the government has no right to tell you what u CAN or CANT do...

The government has no right to INTERVENE on what you put on your body, YOUR RIGHTS, YOUR BODY! got it?... You can do anything u want as long u don't hurt anyone else in the process...

Thats including drugs... PEOPLE has the choice to make mistakes if they want to... AND Don't joke about yourself... alcohol is the one the most dangerous and addictive drug there is ... and that is scientifically proven... and we all know nicotine is one if not the addictive substance there is... so dont think were not already on drugs...
do you know the reason why the government doesnt allow drugs?cuz they make people do crazy shit, people who use drugs for the first couple of times are harmless, yes, but when all the stocks are gone, shit starts happening, they tend to do illegal stuff, and how many peaceful drug addicts have you seen anyway?well i dont disagree with the rights thing, but having rights doesnt mean you can do shit and will be left alone.

drugs is a major cause of crimes, thats why the government is doing to their best to get rid of it. *********************************************

    TWO!
"War on drugs" is a waste of money and its not working! You spend billions of dollars from taxpayers money on a program that doesn't work... In a documentary pa, in any major city you can get all kinds of drugs you want in 20 minutes or less... So its a losing program... sa business pa... cut your losses and move on....
tell that to the druglords who have been caught by the pdea.do you seriously believe in this ********?

    THREE!
When you regulate something you create a black market... BLACK MARKET is the cause of crimes and killing associated on drugs, why?.... COZ if you deal in drugs and uve been "scammed" you cannot go to the government to seek for justice... what you do is to instill ur own kind of justice... and this is where the violence starts...
so if im the government and i regulate the selling of baby bottles there will be a black market for it?****. the government regulate things cuz they know that it will benefit the majority of the citizens in the country, and not for the sole purpose of denying a product..

and ofcourse your gonna get ****ed at the black market, everyone there is are pieces of, and they know that nobody can do shit about that, so its your fault in the first place if the government cant help you.

    FOUR!
Do you think the drug cartels wants the drugs to legal? NO... you know why... bcoz then they have no control of the prices of the products if its freely available... same as concept of monopoly bro... CONTROL the supply so you can control the prices...

I hope that's enough para kasabot ka nganong iyang views i abolish nang mga DEPARTMENTS that is NOT WORKING .. and only LEECHING taxpayers money...

BUT i sincerely hope that u understand the first argument... it should be enough... the government isnt your nanny to tell you what to do... the government's job is to protect the civil liberties of individual citizens.
you contradicting ********, first your saying that government has no right to tell you what you do, then in your fourth argument, you say the governments job is to protect its citizen. how the hell can the government do its job if it wont:
    1. stop the marketing of illegal drugs
    2. give infinite rights to the people

and yeah, lets just abolish the pnp cuz they cant get rid of all the criminals in the philippines, or maybe i can just google your family name, search for your house, rape your sister, and the government cant do anything about it because it is my right."government has no right to tell you what u CAN or CANT do"...

    @cynic

first of all bro... can we please get away with the insults... it will just cause the arguments to fall to a battery of insults and not care what we are talking on the first place... when I said u need to get educated, it wasn't an insult... it means you should get educated why he doesn't want it...

    to move on...

YOU:do you know the reason why the government doesnt allow drugs?cuz they make people do crazy shit, people who use drugs for the first couple of times are harmless, yes, but when all the stocks are gone, shit starts happening, they tend to do illegal stuff, and how many peaceful drug addicts have you seen anyway?well i dont disagree with the rights thing, but having rights doesnt mean you can do shit and will be left alone.

drugs is a major cause of crimes, thats why the government is doing to their best to get rid of it. stop reading some conspiracy bullshit cuz its melting your brain.

    Answer:

Since when it did became for the government to become your nanny? telling you what you can or cant do?... Its the job of your parents not the government... so if ur a parent, dont be lazy and stop educating ur children. Its ur job to deter them away drugs and not rely from the government...

YES! the government has also the right to protect its citizen BUT that's only 2nd to the first priority... which is protecting the "RIGHTS AND CIVIL LIBERTIES OF INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS"

bro, you know what your doing here? ... your trading ur freedom in exchange for security... you are ok'ing that they took away your freedom to try drugs so you can be more safe and secure... your giving them POWER in exchange for security... and that's very Ill advised by the founding fathers sa states...

"Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both. " -Benjamin Franklin

ma hitabo ana bro... little by little your freedom will be eroded in exchange for security... and thats whats happening sa states... It used to be people are strict about theyre privacy, freedom of privacy... but now 2ngod sa 9/11.. now the people are ok if ur emails are being watched coz it might help find terrorist... again exchanging freedom security... in the end they will lose they're security for the government is too powerful that they can do anything it wants... thus losing security and freedom

yes druglords are being caught... but lets not get away from the real facts here...

Can you show statical data that drug use is in decline?

If not.. then its a failure...

but then again ill come back to my first argument...

    "My Body - My Rights"

I have my right to my body and the government has no right to intervene on owhat I put into it... maybe parents or friends probably... but definitely not the government... again, the government is not ur nanny...

If there is demand for baby bottles. Then YES! there will be a black market for baby bottles, the demand doesn't stop because the government sais its illegal... if u really want to fix it... get rid of the demand, not the supply... coz nobody will be supplying if theres no one buying...

AND lets do some critical thinking...

There is a demand for baby bottles and the government bans it... BUT you happen to know how make baby bottles and u were selling them as a business... now the baby bottles used to sell for the price of 10 pesos when it was freely available...

But since of the banning, its now hard to find any baby bottles... but some people know that you know how to make baby bottles... so they ask if you can make one for them...

you say, ok but im selling it for 100 pesos... BUT people really need it so they are willing to pay you 100 pesos for it...

Now i ask you... before the banning you were selling it 10 pesos... but now ur selling it for 100 pesos and ur making TEN TIMES the money...

the question is... IF ur greedy .. im not saying you are...BUT IF YOUR GREEDY...

Do you really want the baby bottles to be legal so you can go back selling it for 10 pesos instead of your huge profit of 100 pesos a piece?

thats what I mean when I say that the true drug cartels never wants the drugs to be legal coz they will lose all theyre bussines, money and power...

for the TS wa jud ko ka familiar anang Ron Paul but you have some point on your opinion. I maybe agree or not bec. legalizing drugs are not yet ready in philly nakita na nimo na daghan pakaayo ta problem aning drugs pero pwede ni ma moderate for some reason like medical purpose bec. I believe dili tanan drugs na maka overdose the same as beer na makahubog pero y na overdose another example is marijuana ky wa pa man siguro record ani na naay na overdose pero sa akong other opinion bati kaayo na e legallize ang drugs, y? ky kitang mga pinoy when it comes to disciplinary GAHI kaayo ta as in gahi pa sa BATO ug PUTHAW ambot lang unya daghan pa abusado saon na lang

Yes, the government's job is to protect the individual rights of its citizen but not at the cost of individual freedom...

    but don't get confused here...

If you rape and kill someone, your exercising your freedom BUT in turn u are also denying someone the freedom to live... THUS the government ought to nail your ass for it...

and i dont disagree... Police are vital are there to protect our individual rights... but unless you step on other peoples rights then the police has no business with you, at least not yet...

and here's one vital question ur not asking...

If giving up my freedom for security means I give up my power to the keepers of security... and in time if the keepers of security gets too much powerful, who will oppose to them when you have no powers left coz you already gave it all away...

thats what it means again that any society that gives little freedom in exchange for security is destined to lose it both...

hey cynic, how many pieces of shet and bolshet are in your family?
you were not attacked personally, can you minimize the shet and the bolshet?

if you think they are powerful words and that they give emphasis to your posts, they are not.
