you start from scratch. brisk walking - early morning or night then later almost noontime. walk instead of commuting whenever possible. then jog in short distances. you walk from your home then jog at Abellana oval or fuente then after that walk again. Do some stretchings.
Why not try walking the Guadalupe to Kalunasan road or the Tisa-Buhisan road or the Buhisan to Guadalupe road. Fresh mountain air will help you in your breathing exercise.

if you want high endurance ug taas hangin, try swimming underwater ug run on hills...
