IWS has a nice working environment, its not a toxic place. people are cool.
CC? its not a typical call center that you can think of. actually i dont consider it a call center.
they provide medical software in US., but they do outsourcing though.
pay? not so good, maybe if you're single, then its ok...

but im not sure when it comes to stability right now. not sure if its doin good.

I agree with most of these. I actually tried to apply at IWS. cool kaayo sila'g environment, unya located in a sparsely-populated mall? ayos kaayo.
