i'm also interested in this trade but is really a newbie..naay company kanang XForex nag offer nko to open an account with them, dako kaayo ug leverage (x400) and very enticing..now i would like to solicit from you guys if naa mo idea if this company is not a bogus one? i tried searching the web if this company is a hoax/scammer but wala man koy nakita..please share some thoughts and advice...thanks and more power ISTORYANS!

None. No regulation whatsoever that's why you don't pay any taxes from your capital gains at all. The only thing you have to consider is the limit for the AMLA law.

Haha. Even if they claim to be, knowing how the philippine legal system works I would rather stay away from that even with a 20 feet pole. Look at the track record of philippine legal system and you will know what I am talking about.
