U may also try Stability ball, it's rily great coz ur rily strengthening ur mid section wyl ur workin' out various muscle groups. It's more of hitting 2 spots at the same time. You can also do crunches on the ball, n d best part of it is it conforms your back so you don't actually strain it d way u do wen ur on the floor. I think you can buy the ball between 400 to 600 in the sports shops in our malls. :mrgreen:
