    yup,i have 4 celfones karon..all brand new when bought and all manufactured by nokia..

    hmmm..murag kadudahan sad kay normally ang lcd is very sensitive to damage..mao nay pinakadali maguba sa phone..

    and plus its a china phone..think about the build quality of it na dili tested and proven by time..unlike the brands of nokia,sony ericsson, etc..

    @vanhoten_12, the phone conked out after going home, not after 3 weeks of using.

    i'm sure the maid cannot argue with you guys who are tech savvy. even i dare not argue in a technical manner. basta that's what happened.

    I just feel sorry for the maid. i advised the maid to buy a brand new nokia with less features next time. As for the phone that don't work - just use it as a decoration and charge everything to experience.

    ok..so now we have a problem..there are discrepancies in both the "victim" and the "accused"..

    i am just basing my reactions to what info i can get from this thread..possibly both of you are not talking about the same incident..might be similar,but not the same incident at all,because the info you guys are sharing do not meet up..

    mao ni ako pasabot na maau pa sir caphook if you can accompany the maid back to the store unya look for sir vanhoten_12 para the three of you can talk about it personally..if possible,bring the receipt as proof that it conked out on the day it was bought..para fair to each side ba..

    mao sad naka-ingon ko na better ask the maid kay sometimes raba kani atong mga katabang,maau sad mohimo ug istorya..no offense meant to your maid sir caphook ha,just based on my own experiences with previous maids namo diri sa balay..

    i second this. there are better solutions to solve problems like these. in another case wherein ive bought reconditioned phones, gi ilisan man pud nuon dayon. same situation as getting home and having the lcd conk out. no lines but plain and simple, di na musiga ang lcd.

    i hope a solution will be reached.

    Makita man pud siguro na kung nadaot LCD due to abuse kay naa baya na sa ilawm ang LCD lanagan man ug giablihan to sa complainant nya giukay. If walay bu-ak, scratches or dent sa exterior sa fon, I guess internal gyud ang damage... Meaning wa naguba kay gi mal2x ug gamit!

    Had the same experience, Original pa gani 2 nga unit. Bought it sa RC Goldline. Igo gyud ko naabot sa balay kalit lang conk out ang LCD nya wana gyud musiga. The next day nibalik ko, Giilisdan man tuod pero galalis sami ug kadyot... Namula na gani kos kalagot kay giingnan ko basin naipit sa bulsa, nahulog etc. Saon pagkaipit sa bulsa na i always use cellphone case in belt & wala say scratch or anything.

    basta LCD replacement or flex cable thingie na gani sis.. wala na jud nay warranty..

    just bought a low end phone sa colon, and in the sales receipt.. gi note down jud sa tindera nga warranty covers certain parts on the phone but not covered jud ang LCD nor ang flex (if you have a slide up phone or a flip phone)

    Lesson or two sad: if you buy a phone, always ask sa imong gpalitan unsay covered ani sa warranty.. If possible e.pa note down jud sa tindera sa sales invoice/receipt aron maklaro ug makasabot jud nimo unsa imong lataran or guidelines.. Just incase simbako ma unsa imong fone ug mubalik ka nila for any service repairs or warranty claiming issues.

    My point lang sad
