lisod siguro ni implement sa Cebu or bisan sa Pinas kay dili train ang atong mga lineman to fix problems underground. Remember what I posted that an accident happened in Singapore nga nibuto ang canal and linemen died. If this could happen sa ila place who place so much emphasis on safety how much more sa atoa. Sa drainage man gud naa build up sa chemicals nga highly flammable so usually before gyud ni nila sudlon ila sa pagawason ang hangin. Daghan pa kaayo factors involve ani remember dili ra koryente ang ibalhen include the phone lines, cable ug uban pa I don't know kun ila na ba gi discuss kun kinsa mo angkon sa gasto ani Veco, pldt, smart, cable companies. Ila pa pud i establish kun unsaon nila pag arrange ilang cable og arrangement nila kun naa ahoyon. naa pa pud ang problema sa sa mga mokalot kinahanglan mananghid pa sila aron naa mopahibalo nila kun asa gipaagi ang mga cable aron dili nila maigo. daghan kaayo requirement nga ila usa i establish una ni masugdan.

In the US gani nga poste gihapon kuti man ni sila kun naa mokalot kay mananghid ni sila aron makahibalo sila kun asa ang water and gas line. Pero panagsa naa man gihapon ma sipyat.

ayaw na lang mo pangandoy ana.

currently we have our power lines above ground and it takes them an average of two hours brownout kung naay ayohon nga linya.

how much more kung tua na ilawon sa yuta, usa ka adlaw ta way kurente ana kay di baya pareho ang mobility sa ilawm compared to magsaka ra sa poste.
