I observe problems in USB device such as a scanner,printer, portable HDD and other USB devices may not be detected or function correctly when connected to the USB port various communication errors may occur, including device initialization and device not found errors.

Some computers do not provide enough voltage from the USB ports to power some USB devices.

I'm using speedtouch splitter/known as modem this a USB device too. I encounter before same problems you have and the Globe people hands off of the said problem. Until I observed and turn off some USB devices.

I recommends to you guys purchase a powered USB hub to provide the USB devices with enough power to operate correctly.

We have Globe DSL here in Naga for about 5 months. The first month is OK, but the rest is hell!

It keeps on disconnecting every after 5 mins, most of the time it wont even connect. In 1 week's time it works fine for a day only. I called customer service, the rep said "WE KNOW THAT SIR, AND ITS JUST NOT YOU WHOS EXPERIENCING THAT PROBLEM." I asked wen will this be fixed, the answer was were still trying... and that call was over 2 months, again same sh*t.

I contacted their email support, they responded after 3 days. Internet worked fine for a week... then same old problem again.

Im writing this to warn people about the imcompetence of Globe DSL. Or if someone knows whats going on please tell me and educate me, Globe just wont tell why cant they deliver the service we are paying for every month. They just take and take the money and the service has been forgotten.

even if ur publishing ur comments here on istorya, this wont solve ur problematic GLBB service, better inquire whats really happenig behind the slowbrowsinggggggg, adto kaba sa GlobeLines Business Centers ask kag rebate or adto jud sa Innove Building sa CBP, pangitaa lang kinsay Manager sa GLBB, sa 16th/F na cla ug raise sa imohang mga reklamo didto for sure aksyonan jud na (ayaw lang pangasaba kai dili man ikay gasweldo nila, hehe)..... :mrgreen:

Try Bayantel DSL...
We've been using bayantel DSL for 4 years now and we experienced down time like 5 times..in 4 years.

Its cheaper..and problem with them is their coverage area. But overall..they're OKAY!

naa problema sa globe kana p2p...ma disconnect ka...kalimot ko unsa to nga p2p....pero okey raman daw ang globe...mo balhinay gani ko...pldt sad way ayo...cge sad ka dc...karon bubintaha wala na kaaU ma dc
