it's a pretty neat idea, but I don't think we're that ready.. Lahi man gud ug setup ang Manila and Cebu.. Minimum wage is different too, in that case, they'd have to change the pricing for the tickets, which I don't think they would..

i think this would be great for movies that have big special effects but not
drama or comedy

We used to have an IMAX screen here in Auckland, NZ. It was quite a hit when it opened but after a year or so...gilangaw na man. The big screen, funky 3D glasses was fun at the beginning, but since the ticket price was 3 times more than the normal price... it was really more of a one off thing experience.

Will this be feasible in Cebu? Who knows. If they could come up with a Viva HotBabes Imax movie, with Maui Taylor's a$$ right in front of your face.... then it might just work.

Actually, I haven't been to an IMAX theater but my friend has seen one and he's getting this what they call "tennis game spectator" effect where you have to move your head to see the entire sreen.. So in the end you'll be missing lots of details..
