but murag boring man ang healthy foods.. the best tasting ones are bad for us, like bacon, lechon, steak, pastries, ngohiong, bbq, ginabot, candy, etc
but cgro, naa rana sa lifestyle sad. maybe if we learn how to cook yummy dishes using healthy food like organic veggies, lean meat and poultry, meat substitues made from soya, and etc ma kaya ra cgro..heehhe
my great grandma before was conscious of her diet coz she was old nman...she just ate lugaw and steamed fish. wlay timpla ha coz apil soy sauce bad man sad daw. in fairness she lived up to mga 90 plus sad...
@aditti: dili man boring ang healty food.. yes their taste are as not as yummy dayon as "bad" food pero it's not our fault man pud kay cge man gud ka refine ang food gud.. but the some healty food are good man pud and some just need sometime to get used to...
