The good thing about this sites is that i didn't have to pay anything. You can register for FREE. If you are just patient enough and click on the ads everyday, then you can really attain the minimum cashout in an earlier period.

As of now and as what I have researched, yup. Unionbank palang ang naa. Pero actually, for PayPal, you can verify your account if you have a credit card. Pero ang problem lang is dili sya ingon ana ka sayon nga ma withdraw nimo imohang money kay naa man charge. Unlike sa EON, mas dali ug mura ra jud naa ka ATM card...
