WOW
To have it (almost) perfect, you would have to build staggered stud walls, filled with rockwool and closed with gypsum boards (I can explain you what it is if you need more info on that).
You can also cover the critical walls with acoustic boards. One acoustic board 2'x4' cost about 230-250 pesos here in Cebu.
I solved the problem by building hollow block walls, filled with concrete, and added gypsum boards. Gypsum boards itself stop already some sound waves.
But if you have already a closed room, with concrete walls, just add the acoustic panels (cheapest solution).
planning to build one too.. pero more on enterainment fun room like videoke/game consoles.. hmm what material u use for the corner after the wall?? im planning to put fiber glass but a its expensive..
The corners are bass traps, 2'x8', made of wooden frames and filled with 4" rigid rockwool. They prevent the standing waves from the subwoofer.
Unfortunately, its hard to see in the pictures. I will try to get more light in the room to make better pictures. This might explain some things better.
