news nga ako nabasa from a Filipino working at NARITA AIRPORT. Ako lang paste diri ang iya balita sa nahitabo sa Narita. His handle from TF forum is darkmyles.....
I just want to share this news sa inyo mga ka TF. I'm working at NARITA AIRPORT TERMINAL 2 as an IT audio and video programmer ng JAL GROUP of COMPANIES.
Naguumagahan kami sa ground canteen kung saan malapit sa control panel Area ng Continental Airlines Terminal1 kung saan sumigaw ang isang kasama ko na sasabog sasabog daw yung fed ex. Naninigarilyo sya nun malapit sa bintana kung saan matatanaw mo ang A RUN and B- RUn
A-Run jan po bumababa yung mga ganitong type ng airplane
Boeing 747-300
Boeing 747-400
Boeing 777-300
Boeing 777-200
Cargo Plane
Boeing 747-F
And MD11 < FED EX Carrier>
Sa B-Run naman po
Airbus 333-300
Boeing 767-300
Boeing 767-200
and domestic 737-800
Along 7am to 8 am ng bumaba sya sa Narita Airport. Then the status ng wind is Risky. Full Loaded ang eroplano from the America Base.
Then my CO-Maintenance call the fed ex to report the status of FED Ex along 200 meters pa lang kasi po kami sana naka schedule dun sa camera monitoring ng likod at harap ng eroplano.
It is very hard to say makakaligtas na sana ang Pilot na dalawang kano pero bago pa lang sila makapunta ng Hospital namatay na. So all Narita Airport group pray for the soul of Pilot and Co-Pilot. Sa ngayun wala po kami kaninangg trabaho kasi po nahukay yung kalsada sa A-Run and need fast maintenance kasi po maraming flight cancel and ma delayed hanggat di naayos ang sirang runway.
Kaya po lahat ng eroplano na JUMBO is FLIGHT CANCEL from now up to March 27 total declared Narita Airport.

From the video, I realized that it didn't cartwheel...two big bounces, apparently a hard landing resulted "...in the wing failing at the root while the main landing gear (and even the nose gear) remained intact and attached..." (I got this from iStoryan named Tarmac) Detached wing causing the first explosion (wing fuel tank) and eventually caused the plane to flip on its back.

Murag tinood ang ingon ng usang former Filipino employee ng FEDEX sa Subic.
I remember he shouted "Babalik ka rin!!!" while he's waving goodbye, as the last FEDEX cargo plane passing through them and heading for runway(kinda farewell ceremony).
Now after almost 2 months since FEDEX left Subic and opted China to become their new home, they are now starting to experience dilemmas. Which is never happen when they are in Subic and under the care of Filipino crews.
As they are welcomes with early bad lucks in their new home with estimated of Millions of Dollars plus lives were lost in that accident alone.
Now, there is really significant about the phare "Babalik ka rin!!!"

You can't do anything about high wind speeds. Looks like bad luck from the video. Nose was up for the landing, then looks like a hammer slammed the nose down.
