And not only na kinanglan ka ug pang capital, but starting a business is never a sure success and sure money.. ka ubo sad ka if ma lugi ka... especially small businesses, kapila ta pirmi kita ug negosyo na nanirado na...

depende lang jud ui...wala may best ata. kung asa ka happy and growing mas maayo.

Dri na pud ni grow ako career from agent to QA to TL to supervisor and happy ra sad ko dri na industry. Kanang job nga With security of tenure and happy ka sa imo work madako o magamay ang sweldo...i mean kanang d nimo makita ug ma xperience ang akong gisumpay---->....but to get that u need to kiss A holes 2 stay in the game. i think this happens sa tanang companya...but sa cc obvious kayo ang duol sa luwag system....mura sad ug mga politico....

Not only sa cc... Politics is present with almost all companies. Reality na jud na cya na and dli ra na dri but that happens everywhere else.
