DELETING VIRUS MANUALLY
--write down the location of the virus
--restart computer, when the screen goes black start tapping the F8 key
--use the arrow keys and go to safe mode and press enter
--once in safe mode right click the start button then click explore on the drop menu
--now follow the path to the virus start with the C: drive then work you way down
--if you can't find the next folder you may have to set your computer to show all files
--click tools, then options then the view tab and put the check in show all files
--next take the check or check out of the box or boxes beneath the show all files that begin with the word Hide
--then follow the path again this time you should see all the folders
--find virus name right click and delete it
--empty recycle bin

some trojans also add itself as a system service and you may also need to remove this service which triggers to activate/resurrect the trojan...
Best take note sa name sa trojan.. then adto sa symantec nga website then esearch ang virus name. naa na sila automatic and manual removal instructions.
