If you're referring to the blue screen of death nga crash error reporting sa Microsoft. I-turn off lang ang crash error reporting by "right clicking" My Computer then click "Advance" tab then click "Settings" in Startup and Recovery. Uncheck "write an event to the system log" and then in the "write debugging information" drop down menu, choose "(none)" and click "ok".

Mawala na dayon inyo kakulba anang "blue screen of death"...

try installing windows debugger and check the mini dump file. who knows, there might be some other file/apps causing the BSOD aside from the kmixer.sys

try updating the audio driver or copy kmixer.sys from a different computer but make sure to backup kmixer.sys before replacing it.

cause the problem still there, the only thing it solved was the BoD, but still the cause is there so mag restart japon siya
