    Basedon what I have read, the School is still in Texas and not in the Philippines since the packects would be from KISS, USA and not from KGSBI, Philippines. Mura lang ang KGSBI is the one handling/facilitating sa enrollment, etc. Grades is from KISS to KGSBI to the student.

    Maybe this is a Filipino owned school.

    Usa lang sa mga naka kuryoso nako is the Clinical Requirement part:
    CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS/Related Learning Experience (RLE’s)*

    1. Pre-requisites:
    In order to be allowed to undertake the Related Learning Experience (RLE’s)
    in the Philippines, the student must have completed all the academic requirements and standards within a year from the date of enrollment as shown on the copy of the enrollment form together with grades given by the U.S. proctor.

    Proof of full payment of the tuition fees must be provided to Kennedy Global
    School of Business, Inc., Makati, either through email or fax (632) 882-5003.

    2. Having complied with item 1, the student may now proceed with the RLE’s. He/she
    is required to bring the following articles for use in the different clinical areas:
    a. B/P apparatus
    b. 1 pc. Glass thermometer (axillary)
    c. 1 pc. Bandage scissors
    d. 1 pc. penlight

    j. Tongue depressor
    k. 1 small bottle alcohol
    l. 1 small bottle betadine
    m. Cotton balls
    n. Clean and sterile gloves
    o. Masks
    p. 1 pocket notebook
    q. 1 large notebook (short bondpaper size)
    r. Drug handbook & other references (NCP/NANDA etc)

    Duty Uniforms (to be ordered from KGSBI, Makati):
    a. White scrub suit and KGSBI blue & yellow scrubs;
    b. White laboratory gown (plain);
    c. Kennedy collar t-shirt for psychiatric rotation;
    d. White nursing shoes for hospital wear and white sneakers for Community/Psychiatric rotation use;

    Kung practical nursing na meaning LPN ang gawas diba? their are a lot of LPNs dri sa US and so kung sa recruitment overseas lisod na i-prove sa immigration na kana na position ky di ma filled dri sa US by their own nationals/citizens. i dont know wat to say regarding the credibility of this ky naa sad kuno ni sa cebu ron na curriculum. if u take associate degree in nursing while u are within USA basi pa however, if u have the appropriate visa then makawork ka.

    m working in Maryland, somewhere east coast or should i say the state where the White House is...

    naa pa gani sa mga provinces...but none in Cebu.

    Oh no no no. Students beware! There's NO non-US LPN school accredited by any US State Board of Nursing.

    US is NOT outsourcing for LPNs, only RNs. Currently, hospitals or employers sponsor RNs and not LPNs.

    On most US states (if not all), to be eligible to take the licensure exam for LPN:

    1. a person is required by the State Board of Nursing to be a graduate in any of their approved and accredited nursing programs/schools (and of course you have to be a US citizen, green card holder or have a student visa to study on any US schools)
    2. take xxx number of classroom hours in the US
    3. be physically present for xxx number of hours for clinicals in the US

    The only classes one could take online, if permitted, are non-nursing related such as English, Math, et al.

    Ask any State Board of Nursing in the US. They'd say almost the same thing. They won't even let you enter the examination room if you fail to comply to any of their requirements.

    Sure, the school does exists but that mere fact doesn't guarantee anything at all.

    I'm sorry to disappoint anyone but this is the truth. There are way too many nursing diploma mills and scams in the Philippines. Many people love the "most convenient option" (I mean, who doesn't? right?)...only to find out that they're doomed for a dead end.

    It's all about facts, facts and more facts. Don't seek for what you only want to see.

    Careful lag jud. "Nasa huli ang pagsisisi."
