more or less clipped springs and lowering springs are the same with regards sa aesthetic side but:

    pros of using lowering springs:
    1. safety above all
    2. ride stability
    3. durability
    4. life span sa imu shocks (better to use gas shocks)
    5. has a sporty feel rather than clipped springs ( depends sa spring rate like soft, medium, hard)
    6. daghan pa wala na metion but im sure our friends here can add more

    cons sa lowering springs:
    1. price of brand new springs (depende gihapon sa brand)
    2. availability for some cars ra nuon (kay ang uban awto its hard to find springs for them labi na 2nd hand lng kung budget setup lng)

    pros sa clipped springs:
    1. aesthetic purposes (choose your desired height but ayaw lng pa balikbalika ang nag taod kay sapoton nya. hehehe)
    2. cheap way to lower a car
    3. im sure our friends here have some more to add

    cons sa clipped springs
    1. safety issues labi na if ganahan ka gamay badhas2x and some quick cornering or hard cornering
    2. life span of shocks are lessened samot na ang fluid type
    3. life span of the spring itself

most people uses clipped springs kay its very cheap. i have lots of friends using clipped springs on their rides, bisan unsa na car pwede. pro ive noticed that ang honda kay murag mas lig-on mn og oem shocks kay my friends are using clipped springs and so far so good pa mn
