it's when no matter what you are and what you do, he accepts you whole heartedly...
it's when he introduce you proudly to his family and friends...

As to seriousness, like what Miaka charm said, it is when he introduces you to his friends and family. By that I mean that he introduces you AS HIS GF. A guy who doesn't do that when the two of you has been a couple for years is attached. Either married (or cohabiting) or has another girlfriend which the family knows of.

As to Loyalty and Faithfulness, I think lang ha, when he never loses interest or simply put, when you feel that he's always been the same old loving, caring person you used to know or if he changes, it would have to be for the better.

Basta, you'll just feel it..
