    out body needs 12 glasses of water every day, if you drink more, much better. nope bro dili na maka dako og tiyan ang mag cge drink water.

    mas maau pud sud-an ra imo kan-on bro, ang maka dala og tambok kay ang rice man. eat enought lang gud na dili pud ka mag busog og maau.

    its ok to drink water nga bugnaw..dili lang pirme..and kanang mukaon puro sud an, k ra man siguro..ayaw lang apila ang tambok nga part or ang skin..kay colestero na..hehe..

    drinking water is recomended labi sa mga dehydrated nga person other than that toxins will be flashed out together with water because once there is an increase fluid in take in the body the kidney will just excrete it, once it reached the renal treshold. hehehe
