    3-6 months==> lisod adjust sa mga teamates, frustrated sige sa call if unresolve, eager to learn para dli sige mangutana sa TL, everyday SUP call!!!!!(kamatay) , sige kah late, sige pabadlong sa TL ky kapoi nah sige eninglis, i was about to give up because of irate callers...

    After 6 months== regular na===> well adjusted, easy nlng keu ang mga issue, close na sa TL and sa mga Senior Tech, proud na keu ky i can go on my own, dili na ma late, happy and once in a blue moon nlng ang SUP call... pinakanindot............tagay........ i love the account, stress free...

    All-in-all after 6 months sakit sa likod, and prone ka sa panuhot. hahahaha...

    bag-o lang ko nagwork sa call center where i am currently employed.. first month pa lang, nosebleed na kaayo especially if way technical background (like me) .. but you have to remain positive.. always look at the brighter side.. even if everything's new to you pasalamat lang ghapon kay you are learning.. mag 2 months pa lang ko sa call center and still on the process of familiarizing the "stuff".. excited kaayo pag makuha na ang pay, worth it ra pud ang effort.. ü

    pwerteng kapuya tawn magtrabaho ug call center. bilib jud ko sa people who have stayed for years in call centers. ako i can't take it jud. bisan pa taas ug sweldo nya nindut ug benefits. atakehon ko ug sayo sa call center uy. gusto ko stress-free akong life and i can't do that if nagtrabaho ko ug call center.

    kapoy sad ning trabahoa. naay higayon nga mag-lagot ka sa customer ug naa poy higayon nga malingaw ka.

    first few months nako sa floor..naglisod ko adjust to the point na muhatag na ug resignation and planning to resign na jud..and also sige lang ug place on hold sa customer kay wa pa kaagi sa issue..ma.frustrate kung ang cust frustrated..ug ma.irrate kung ma.irrate ang customer..daghan pud sup calls..
    pero after ma.regular naka..okey na au..hayahay na..kay you know most of the issues and makaresolve na..and there are times nikapoy naka sa work coz balik2 ang issues.. =]
