Nasonex is a good product, but I wouldn't use it for an extended period of time. It is a steroid, after all. Pinaka effective ni siya on seasonal allergic rhinitis.

thanks sis.. im allergic to dust and smoke.. bisan gamay kasimhot ko, non-stop na sneeze dayon..

wheww, that's a relief! safe diay ang antihistamine. lately raman pud ko na-inani or tungod tingali pud sa weather.

i read about NASONEX and FLIXOTIDE, steroid pud lage. Kuyawan ko kay everyday man gud i-spray..

Thanks sa input guys.. Magpacheck-up lang jud ko ani ba.. =)

I frequently have allergic rhinitis before mga once every month siguro then mu last ug 1-2 weeks. Grabe jud ka hassle ni. Naka gamit sad ko aning nasonex spray pero in the long run murag dili na siya effective kaayo ma immune na siguro ka. Dili sad ni maayo pirmihon kay steroid lagi. Some of my other medications before are sinupret and aerius... kung dali-dali pwede sad neozep and sinutab.

Karon very seldom na mutukar ni mga once a year na lang since I started to live a healthier lifestyle. Here are some friendly tips:
    > Sleep for 7-8 hours a day
    > Daily morning exercise... 15-20 minutes of stretching and cardiovascular workout will do.
    > Eat a balanced diet (nuts, fruits, vegetables, lean meat, good carbs, foods rich in fiber)
    > Avoid junk foods, softdrinks, fastfood
    > Stop smoking and drinking too much alcohol
    > Vitamin C in the morning (I take Kirkland 1000mg)
    > Calcium after lunch (500 mg)
    > 1 Multi-vitamin before sleeping (I take Centrum)
    > Cardiovascular exercise for 45 minutes to 1 hour 3-4 times a week

Strengthen and detoxify your body and build up your immune system. That will work wonders compared to being dependent on medications.

Ako gitake kay ALLERIN coz antihistamine sha.. but im worried about its long term side effects.. mu take ko ani mga once-twice a week..
