by 2010., 500 individuals..all these are for training pa.

so waa gyud klaro...
we'll might just wait for the result all of the initial individuals nga ila ipadala..
nurses should already be qualified by default knowing nindot baya pod atong training sa mga nurses..IMHO if i were a nurse i should look for another opportunity rather than these hassle offer
last month ang mga gipadala nga mga Indonesians kay nakacomplete na sa ilang 6 months training period. gidistribute na sila to different caregiver facilities diri sa Japan. Based sa interview sa mga Japanese nga caregivers 1st time pa nila masagulan ug foreigner nga caregivers mao mag adjust pa daw sila ani nga situations. Nag prepare sila ug prayer room for the Indonesians kay Muslims man diay sila to pray 5 times a day. Within 3 yrs from their assigment here in Japan dapat sila mo take ug Japanese language proficiency test if dili sila makapasar they will be send back to Indonesia. Taas gyud gi set standard ang mga Hapon for caregivers.

the best thing to do ani for now is inquire directly sa POEA office. This is under the JPEPA agreement between Japan and Phils, so wala pa agency or company nga pwede applyan ani.
lisoda sad i-apply ani oi labi na wala ka experience.. then mga hospitals diri sa philippines kay puno na... unsaon nalang nato pag larga...
