Chow King would save a lot of time, cost and effort in making Halo-halo--just get a shovelful of snow (make sure it's not colored yellow nyhahahaha) outside the store and voila! No more irritating ice-grinder sound. But come to think of it, who would want to eat Halo-Halo if you're shivering with the intense cold?
