i think flea powder may not be safe in kids at home and in other factors.. ang effective na akong gi use lately is ang FRONTLINE PLUS.. its kinda pricey.. but effective jud kaayo..

1st u need to be rest assured that ur place is clean.. i mean tick/lice free.. then keep them away from other dogs nga naay ticks and fleas.. same with cats.. but if naa gani tick/flea imong dog make sure part of curing him is ang environment.. treat him with frontline plus then make sure na wla nay kuto ang inyuha

di man sad safe ang frontline.. when mo apply ka ana di man sad ka mag pataka ug gunit sa dog... so same ra na sa flea powder.. both are effective pero na a ra gyud na sa mo gamit ug sa budget sa tao...

but the problem with powder is its not waterproof...after ligo sa dog apply na pd ka... for frontline ka-usa ra jud ka muapply in a month... mas maayo kung natulog ang dog inig apply para dili siya lihok... sa akong experience kung mata ang dog, mag-wild jud siya inig apply especially kung first time niya kay ang mga kuto and fleas magwild unya mupa-ak sila sa dog... just make sure walay lain dogs or cats maka lick sa tambal after applying and magwait ka until mudry siya before bathing the dog... makita jud nimo matagak ang mga kuto...
