    Default starting salary for programmers

    IT solutions generally has a higher starting salary considering your skill is the backbone of their business. IMO, make sure that the company you're applying treat their software engineers as the main player of the industry.

    depende lang sa company cguro oi ... and depende sa kalisod mangita ug trabaho ang uban dawat lang man bisan 8k plus allowance based on my observation

    ako gali pag fresh grad nako naa ning offer 6,250 asa ka ana parihas rami sweldo sa iyang tanan employees regardless of position... may gali wa nako dawata..

    ako tip when your starting ayaw sa pili sa sweldo kong wla ka lain choice ang pilia una ang experience... nya dapat maka survive ka for at least 1 year para limpyo imo resume

    Agree with silent-kill.... after I took that low salary for 1 year (exactly), I got a chance to work abroad. and not only earning a higher and better compensation but learning lots of new things.

    its jus a matter of hardwork + patience + determination + Luck and prayers
