unsa nga bank ang mo issue og check dayon with in a day , coz mostly dapat one week pa then i-interview pa sya...

sa akong na experience kay sa PNB, then mag open ka anang budget checking nila which ang maintaining balance kay 2,500 ra. interviewhon gihapon ka sa bank manager kay dili na sila basta-basta muhatag ug checke. but kung kaila nimo, aw wala nay problema.

most banks would require a business permit, dti, ug application for business permit when opening a checking account.

check cannot be encashed by the payee... for deposit ra sa iyang bank account.

crossed check = for payee's account only.

yes. every bank and its officers, on regular cases, would be conducting interview prior to letting u open a checking account with them... its SOP, unless you know someone from the bank that can vouch for your integrity... which in that case, they'll waive the interview and BI process...

having a checking account is a big responsibility. if one issues a "bum" check, he/she is not only messing with his/her creditor but worse is he/she is messing with the whole banking industry of this country... thats why issuing bum check is a criminal act.

one has to treat his checking account with much responsibility.

usually if one pass their criteria on opening checking account, they will be giving you your check book outright... thats after youve completed all their opening account procedures.

well, you have to verify from the bank if its :

average daily balance

or

minimum daily balance...

the two have different meanings and one may be charged of penalties differently.
