    I dont find qualfon sucky. Why would you say that its sucky just bcuz he pay is late doesnt mean it sucks na. Come on, you still get paid naman eh. I LOLD


    And come on, and pay sa qualfon kay ok ra man. Its an easy job naman eh. You just need to read the script.

    resignation is not to be questioned in all companies. other call centers have their own resignation as well... dont you know that? that's quite NORMAL in call centers... in & out ang mga taw sa call centers...

    about your qualfon comments... why cant you personally ask qualfon about it?

    i've heard different comments from different companies from different agents, and know what? most of these people have attitude problems. come on!!! make your own call center, and run it... for sure, whatever you do... people with attitude problems will surely react negatively.

    environment will depend on the acceptance of one person. that's why there are pro's, and there are con's. about salary of any companies, if you dont like it, then its not for you. lisod or not --> it will also depend on the person if he/she feels easy with the account or maybe feel hard on it. Not all are the same.

    i know nga normal na sa part sa call center... pero naa man pod ko'y nadunggan about sa qualfon... although akong nadunggan is negative baya... mga taga qualfon pa jud...

    i dunno if it's true that nag-mass resignation daw ang mga taga qualfon ngadto... if it's true, then naa jud problema ang qualfon jud... kay daghan daw nagplano mag mass resignation pag october palang... pero kipaabot ang 13th month pay b4 sila mag-resign...

    The management has something to do with how an employee view the company he's connected wui...in fact kung mag mass termination ang qualfon naa jud reason ang mga employees....maybe they can't take it anymore or whatsoever...bati jud siguro ang pagdala sa management team sa ilang mga employees...

    kanang bati or nendot depend rman sa imu self...preference rna nimo sa environment....naay uban mu prefer sa qualfon ky feel nila satisfied cla ila job, naay uban d gnahan kybsin nkasab an sa ila TL. or naay d gnahan didto.....hehe
