try these procudure first... p4s133 or any motherboard experiencing this problem

    1. unplug your cpu.
    2. set your CMOS/BIOS jumpers to "CLEAR CMOS" usually 2-3 pins are shorted...
    3. luk for Jumper labelled KBPWR1 (this is near the ps/2 kb and mouse port), set the jumpers to 2-3 if normal mode is 1-2 pins..
    4. put it back to normal the KBPWR1 jumpers to 1-2 (normal).
    5. then put your BIOS jumpers back to normal again...
    6. plug power and see if it works fine now....

if still fails... ruelnov nlnag ana

google lang, lisod pangitaon but naa ra gyod ang ans. but sa akoa, si ruelnov gihapon akong gipa-ayo kay wa koy parts ika-puli. wala man ko nag collection ug gubaon nga mga motherboard. mas maayo pod adto nalang ni ruelnov aron siya na ma problema ug sulda-sulda, hehehehe. nya inig test, iyahang processor, memory, hard disk, etc ang gamiton for testing. kung sipyat ug sulda, iyaha nang prob maguba iyang mga parts gigamit sa testing. kung ok rapod iyang trabaho, palit bugas ug sud-an, hayahay kaayo ruelnov.
