All the siomai in the older chinese restaurants (I won't mention any specific names but I know which ones they are) in colon have iring meat combined with the pork meat. This explains why your mouth feels itchy each time you eat them.

Iro tastes like kanding and it won't make your mouth feel itchy. It will, however, make you howl in the middle of the night.
