i'm a pag-ibig member (govt. employee) since nov. 2006, so it's my 24th month karon..
i plan to apply for MPL by dec, pwede na ba?
if so, pila ang amount sa akong pwde ma avail..
and how long ang process?
pwde ba sad check lng ang proceeds ky wapa mn ko landbank account..

60% of your total contribution will be released as MPL. so, if you are contributing example: 200 per month, multiply that by 24. take 60% of the product, that's the amount you can avail. pwde man check ang proceeds...

ok...mao ni ako situation....
1. 2002-2003 nag work ko sa usa ka private school sa cebu city for one yr.
2. then resign ko after a yr. dayon nag try kog work sa call center for 6 months
3. then came to canada on 2004 up until now nga permanent resident nako still working in a private company.
4. what are my chances of getting a housing loan.....? ( im 29 yrs. old )

Hi, pagibig member ko unya nag matured na ang akong membership. Naka claim na ko sa akong maturity pero sigi lang gihapon ko ug bayad sa monthly contribution wala jud naundang. First quarter of this year nako nakuha ang akong claim. Pwede na ba ko maka apply ug housing loan karon? wala pa man gud one year sukad nako nakuha ang akong maturity. Pila pa man ka years una ko maka apply ug housing loan or other loans?
