kudos before was after arguing with the customer about something totally not related to any of his services.. he asked for the supervisor after i told him "i dont have any business talking to you if its not related to our services ".. then after a few mins. i was informed that the customer was crying and saying it was his way of embracing me and an exceptional filipino.. blah blah.. what a psycho..
another unforgettable was a frequent caller.. he wanted to tell me about his fascination with the television..
then asked for the supervisor to commend me, but i refused.. my supervisor might know we were wasting time im being paid.. hehe..

well if its about kudos dapat jud na natong ipahibaw kai +points baya na sa atong trabaho. its not that nanghambog ta or unsa but we feel proud of ourselves na were able to assist our costumers pretty good.
