Although only for a short while, i used to work at HR dept. n d past. I do ask this open ended question...there is a reason behind it. I am trying to see how does an applicant value him/herself. This can draw an outline for me as to d level of confidence and a bit of an idea how can they b possibly driven to get the job they wished for. How committed will they be...n den ur answers will lead me to the next Open ended question. An applicants' answers will picture out a character of an employee m going to hire n d future....So clue, dont be too demanding n bossy that u wud not b able to prove ur worth n d end..neither dont be too meek n under value urself! Ur answers shud b "whatever is commensurate to my experience and qualifications that your company can offer. However, I would appreciate, n b thankful enough if you could outline benefits that would best fit my qualifications." i hope this will help to all applicants out there...gud luck

"Why should I Hire you?"
When you're telling your expected salary sa imung employer, you're telling them your WORTH / VALUE...
If you think you're WORTHY for the position, give them the right amount.
