Bitaw, seriously, it's great to spend Christmas with your family. It's the only time of the year wherein you could all(parents, bros, and sisters) meet from wherever your work takes you. It's great to reminisce your memories together as a family and how you have grown-up together and became the persons that you are today. It's a great way of giving back to your parents the care and love that they have showered you throughout these years. . .

If BF/GF mura maglisod gyud mo kita on Christmas day and New Year's Day except if silingan lang mo. . .
Most people I know, they'll spend it with their parents. Others have this setup that they'll go together on boys parents' place on Christmas then they go together on the girls parent's place on the New Year.

For me, Christmas is for the family gyud rather than GF. GF will have the Valentine's Day. ^_^
Though it will change if I'll have a family of my own sad. (puhon)
